Doula Packages

  • 24/7 Emotional and Physical Support

    • Initial Meet Up Session

    • Included In-Person Support

    • Phone and Message Support from the time of booking up till the end of your postpartum care

    • Guidance for you and partner about coping mechanisms and labor positions.

    • Access to client handouts for all questions and concerns

    • Additional Physical Visits can be made within final weeks for comfort management

    Prenatal Care

    • 2-3 Prenatal meet ups to discuss desires for your pregnancy, birth and postpartum period

    • Go over any fears and important information prior to delivery

    • 37 weeks until birth I will be on call 24/7 and available should you need me prior to Estimated Due Date

    • Guidance with packing hospital bags

    Postpartum Care

    • 1-2 hours of immediate postpartum support after delivery, Breastfeeding guidance, and provide an extra set of hands while you rest or clean up

    • 1 postpartum visit within the first week or so following delivery to assist with feeding, and overall infant support.

    • Additional Postpartum visits available upon request

  • Birth Doula Services

    • Included In-Person Support

    • Throughout your entire labor & delivery process, I will be capturing images for you to look back on for a lifetime

    • A digital birth photography gallery, you receive both color and black & white images

    • Additional prints, or frames of your images available for purchase

    • 1-2 hours of immediate postpartum support after delivery, Breastfeeding guidance, and provide an extra set of hands while you rest or clean up

    • Includes all of the benefits of the Essential Doula Package, yet includes more extensive postpartum care for mother, baby, and family.

    • With this package I will be available 24/7 for emotional and physical support, 2-4 weeks after delivery

    Birth Planning/ Nesting

    • Guidance and information on prepping for your desired postpartum care

    • Within your included 2-3 prenatal visits, we will spend extra time looking at your birth plan, nesting at your desire, and preparing your healing items

    Guidance Bringing A New Baby Home

    • 2-4 postpartum visits (included in package) scheduled at your desire after delivery providing support on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from childbirth, infant soothing and coping skills for new parents** Number of postpartum visits vary depending on daytime/nightime care and amount of hours needed- If you’d like to schedule more after included visits conclude- Each shift will be charged at my postpartum doula hourly rate**

    • 24/7 phone and message access during your first initial postpartum period

    • Support with overall newborn & mom care and adjustments to becoming parents of an infant within the first few weeks

  • 24/7 Emotional and Physical Doula Support

    • This package includes everything within The Essential Birth Doula Package seen above.

    • Includes ALL of the Standard Postpartum Care provided in The Essential Doula Package seen above.

    Photography Sessions Included

    • This package is as special as its name, as I am your main photographer throughout your parenthood journey, as well as your doula. Together, we will capture your entire story from pregnancy all the way to newborn snuggles. This package includes the three photography sessions listed below-

    • Maternity Session ($700+ Value)

    • Birth Session ($1,000+ Value)

    • Newborn Session ($1,000+ Value)

    • Photo Downloads

    • Printed images, frames, and decor of your sessions are available for purchase via my website (smugmug) located at the bottom of page

I truly believe in supporting and guiding each and every client along their pregnancy & postpartum journey no matter what that may look like, because let’s face it- sometimes you just need support! This may look like the following: texting and replying at any time for any questions or concerns, making extra prenatal appointments for stretching, side lye release and more, attending the NICU for parent support and guidance, attending newborn or prenatal appointments, assistance with other children within the household, household chores , baby prep- and more! Each package will provide the utmost support throughout your journey.

Add-On Visits

  • During Daytime Postpartum visits, I will be present as long as desired. This ranges from a few hours, to a full day of care.

    I will be providing assistance with overall infant care & parent support- Such as feeding, diapering, sleep routines, infant education, etc. During this time parents may catch up on sleep, daily tasks or join me in learning how to care for their newborn at home.

    If desired- I will be assisting with daily house tasks and routines, such as dishes, cleaning , laundry, meal planning, etc.

    Hands on and in depth assistance and knowledge with lactation, pumping, breastfeeding, formula feeding, newborn care, sleep advice, and more are available 24/7 to your family (just message or call!) - but will be provided at each and every visit.

    *price depending on the amount of daily house tasks completed *Example- Doing extra tasks, laundry or dishes not pertaining to baby results to $35 per hour

  • Overnight Doula Care

    During overnight postpartum visits, I will be present as long as needed. This is typically the length a full nights sleep for most parents.

    During your overnight care, baby is cared for fully through the night by me- Your Doula! This means every wake period, diaper change, feeding (breast or bottle- I can bring baby to you if needed!) and more, will be taken care of all while you enjoy a good nights rest.

    Assistance with light household chores made by newborn items within the hours of care such as , dishes and infant prep is provided with every overnight postpartum shift, yet taking on extra household tasks is a up-charge.

    • I will come to location after delivery, whenever the family is ready for photos

    • Contains 50+ edited images, and your own album available for download

    • In-Home studio is brought to your home, and I set up a newborn session in the comfort of your own space

    • Backdrop (white or black), Posing Pillows, Photography Lights all tag along with me to these shoots

    $300 Deposit

    • 60+ Min. Session

    • Contains 50+ edited images, and your own album available for download

    • Session at your location of choice, or in home if desired.

    • In home studio CAN be brought to home or location if desired. (Backdrop, Lights, etc.)

      $200 Deposit

Placenta Encapsulation $200
